I am currently working for the Homeoffice as an asylum move on officer, dealing with service users helping them with their universal credit accounts and logging them into their e-visas error free, my role in this sector of Homeoffice is to ensure the service users know how to access different services to help them once they have left the asylum hotel and gone out into the real world independently, this role has allowed me to gain knowledge of the immigration system, and has opened my eyes to how different sectors within the government function such as the council, universal credit, pension schemes and much more.
