Rangadham Pydimarri

I am Rangadham Pydimarri student at the University of Hertfordshire available to work part time during my course time.

Working directly with a number of domestic and international clients over the past two years has given me valuable corporate customer service expertise. As an account manager, I was responsible for maintaining good and long-term client relationships, onboarding the client, upselling and cross-selling our products, and resolving customer issues. I had the opportunity to test the new updates or products for the functionality and report any bugs and suggestions back to the product team.

I had the opportunity to work in a fast paced start up environment to coordinate with different team from product team to technical team including leadership and discuss any client feedback or opportunity for growth.

I have exceptional abilities in comprehending, adapting to change, and navigating difficult situations. I've always proven myself in the organisations where I've worked, standing out from the crowd to bring fresh ideas to the table.

I didn't believe in exams or grades, and although graduating from college with a respectable first-class grade, I never missed an opportunity to prove myself. In a Biostatistics and Research Methodology workshop, I received the best contender award, as well as the best team award for my team.

I enjoy driving, travelling, listening to music, watching movies, and participating in physical activities. I thrive upon being unique and doing things differently. I am adaptive, agile, and quick to learn, perform well under pressure and to tight deadlines who can transform into anything the business requires.
