As a store manager I had a suspicions on a customer for a time of what they were doing. So I saw the customer come in the store and observed them on the cctv camera and seen them hide several items under their clothing . They walked around for half an hour and bought a few things which they paid for .

I confronted the customer when they were leaving the store to undo there coat and I had closed the store whilst we did the search so they did not escape . And when they tried to escape I controlled and restrained the culprit whist my colleague phoned the law.we explained what the person had try to do . They took our statement and took the individual away.

most relevant achiement was passing my security in border checking course at G4S that was 2009
