As the title states I would like to train under a Michelin star chef for the following reasons:

1.  I love having fresh ingredients to hand
2. I enjoy analysing ingredients, finding their substitutes and experimenting with dishes
3. I believe learning to cook is a essential life skill and I'd like to be employed by a company that provides access to a lifelong educational and professional journey
