• Led redevelopment of the company's Shopify site with external partners, rebuilding its metadata and keyword architecture alongside UX and functionality, lifting web traffic by 773% within three months.
• Built sales and customer reporting, identifying buying patterns such as demand spikes to adjust stock frequency and pricing, turning overlooked products into core revenue lines.
• Swapped ad-hoc issue handling with structured post-resolution follow-ups, surfacing problems customers had never reported and exposing recurring faults that had gone uncorrected.

Built and ran onboarding, training and internal knowledge systems for a 150-person sales organisation at an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, split across the UK and EU, working both remotely and on site.

• Replaced fly-in training with a scalable LearnAmp onboarding programme, cutting £30,000 in annual travel and accommodation costs and putting every associate through the same curriculum.
• Established a centralized Confluence and Miro knowledge base, replacing SharePoint drives where product, engineering, and sales information sat siloed by department, so associates could find answers themselves instead of chasing colleagues for them.

Assistant Operations Manager - Hayes Catering Supplies - London

Ran warehouse and supply chain operations for a London based catering supplies distributor, covering pick-and-pack, stock control, inbound freight and supplier management across 500+ SKUs, and a 6 person warehouse team.

• Redesigned the warehouse picking layout around pick frequency rather than product category, moving high-frequency lines beside the packing area to cut pick-and-pack time by 20% and bringing core picks to under a minute.
• Co-led supplier negotiations that cut production time from 8 weeks to 4 by qualifying approved fabric suppliers, taking net delivery including sea freight from 12 weeks to 8, without conceding on price.

Commercial Lead - EmporX Esports - Remote

Lead the commercial and operational side of a competitive esports organisation competing internationally, building business structure into an operation that had until then run on informal arrangements.

• Ran the full sponsorship cycle from cold outreach through to discovery calls and negotiation, to closing a €3,500 deal against branding and event activations, funding the teams ability to participate in offline competitions.
• Introduced the organisation's first player and staff contracts, setting out pay, notice periods and commitments, that have held the roster together through several international competitions.
• Rebuilt the organisation's public identity, redesigning its visual brand, as well as coaching commentators and social media managers on tone of voice, creating a consistent vision across broadcasting and social media platforms.
