I am a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual with experience i a busy cafe environment. I have strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. I an studying Interior Design at Robert Gordon University and am eger to learn, take a new challenges, and contribute positively to any team.
I have done many leadership parts at school as i was a house capton and a volentear at many activitys at school as well as joining Duke of Edinburgh. I also have a full UK driving licence with a personal car for easy travel.
Volunteer at Barnardo’s Inverurie (2024 – 2025)
For me Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award, I worked as a volenteer for Barnardo’s charity shop for 6 months. As a result of this experience, I gained and develped a number of different skills, including my comunication skills with the team and the customers.
Business Foundation Apprentice at Smile Scotland (2025 – 2026)
I successfully comleted and passed my Foundation Apprenticeship at Smile Scotland in Oyne. During my placement, I worked with different departments, including HR, Finance, Markiting, and Operations. My responsibilities included assising with administrative tasks, updating and maintaning customer information, organising documents, supporting the office team, and communicating with staff and customers. this experioncehelped me developn stromg organisational, communication, teamwork. and customer seuvice skills.
Barista at Smile Scotland (2026 – 2026)
I was offered a temporarly cafe position after compleating my Foundation Apprenticeship work as i was highly valued by the team. I worked in a busy cafe environment, providing frindely customer service, preparing a range of hot and cold drinks, taking orders, handling payments, and keeping the cafe clean and welcoming. I worked well as a part of a team and developed strnge skills for a barista. left the role to begin university due to the cafe’s location being far and the timing of the job.
