- Helped customers with enquires, transactions, bank switching and account opening using procedures on iknow whilst multitasking by also using software Genysis BMM to thoroughly, quickly and delivering great customer service
- One week into training my hardware needed to be replaced which meant I was unable to follow along procedure training with my peers, however I was able to quickly learn the software and procedures as I am very skilled at learning new software and hardware and quick to pick up different techniques
- Can follow different types of procedures I have access to in order to help customer I’m not trained on but still know due to my willingness to learn and love for learning new skills.
- Using Genysis I am able to navigate and help customers get to the right department for further assistance with sometimes needs to conference in my colleague from a different department or am able to make some notes (e.g. how customer is verified and what the enquire is about) or sometimes need to place customer on hold while talking to my colleague about what the enquire is regarding.
- My main job is security, ensuring we don't pass fraudulent individuals. My main concern is making sure the customer's money is safe, getting them, all passed security and making sure they have an awareness of security protocols. If they do not, I help them change any security details to prevent fraud.

- I began freelance production work in the studio and set of Coronation Street, supporting various production duties to ensure the smooth running of filming on set.

- Working with the camera operators/ assistants to ensure that cameras were in working order, with any issues being reported to the tech team

- Manages studio floor to make sure live program goes out smoothly
- Work on three cameras at a time at the director’s request. Offer up shots on the camera to create exciting shots for the audiences.
- Maintain and manage the products so the presenter has access to the jewellery they need for the next hour and put away jewellery into the vault.
- Make sure the studio maintains Covid restrictions, surfaces get wiped, and masks are worn.
- Work different hours and different shifts due to the 24/7 live program.
- Communicate with the director and the presenter about what we need to do to be more engaging and see if we need to add more to the program.

- Communicated with and gained the trust of all production and actors.
- Quickly climbed up the production ladder to floor runner on several productions, which led me to be the only runner on a location shoot sometimes or even cover for the AD team.
