I am a hard-working, responsible individual with experience managing staff, processes and procedures. I am a confident and forthright worker, happy working independently or as part of a wider team. I am sociable and enthusiastic, building very strong relationships at each role I have been at.
I have been responsible for recruitment, performance management and staff disciplinaries where appropriate. I also enjoy supporting, training, delegating, and pioneering new projects. I am highly IT-literate, and fully confident in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as bespoke software programs also.
In my current role, I oversee the performance and operations of the company, as well as managing a team of twelve people in a variety of positions. From starting at the company I have introduced new systems, changing the way the company worked, having major impacts on organisation and efficiency. This in turn, has had a direct correlation to business growth and profitability. I pride myself on not shying away from challenges and using them as an opportunity to better my knowledge and ability.
