Support Worker
An experienced, confident, Support Worker providing person centred support to vulnerable Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues. An excellent communicator with a clear understanding of professional boundaries, flexible approach to work, adapting to duties whilst working with others. I have experience following strict policies and procedures and maintaining a duty of care to those I support whilst promoting independence and respecting client confidentiality.
I am looking to further my career in a new role that enables me to utilise my existing skills and learn more. I am creative, organised, empathetic and patient, work well alone and as part of a team.
