A genuinely compassionate and caring person with a keen interest in working with the elderly. When I worked in retail, I would meet a lot of regular customers who were elderly and I would always make time for a friendly chat with them, as I understand how important that social interaction can be. I am a patient and calm person, and I am able to work well under pressure.
