I am young man of moroccan decent currently working as an Assistant Building Surveyor, I was born and raised in St Albans. I have worked in construction for number of years as a electrical labourer and preventative maintenance engineer prior to attending Birmingham City University where I achieved a 2:1 Bsc in Building Surveying during the covid pandemic. I believe I am confident, resourceful and a great communicator.

I would like to challenge myself within my chosen field and gain as much experience as possible. I enjoy going to the gym and reading. I believe in life we are constantly learning and I would love to read Arabic.

I am writing this in support of my application as graduate project surveyor. I graduated from Birmingham City University with 2:1 during the covid pandemic. I have experience working within construction, I currently work for Simon Levy Associates as an Assistant Building Surveyor however I would like to explore my options in the middle east.

I have worked on Party Wall Matters issued Section 1 Line of Junction Notice, Section 3 Party Structure Notice, Section 6 Excavating within 3 meters. I have drafted party wall awards, carried out measured surveys and schedules of condition. I also have had the privilege of project managing and assisting with the Tender Analysis process.

I believe I would be an asset to your organisation as I have varied work experiences and would love the opportunity to work in Dubai. I would like the opportunity to challenge myself and excel in my chosen field. I look forward to hearing back from your organisation.

I attended Birmingham City University where I gained a 2:1 degree in Building Surveying. I have various other professional qualifications such as ECS (electrical safety), IPAF(Working at height), electrical installation level 2 & 3. I would like to gain further professional qualifications in my field.
