I am a highly motivated, hardworking and dedicated individual who is always looking to learn and improve, causing me to be as successful as possible in whatever I am doing. I am currently studying at the University of Northampton and also play semi pro football. This alone can show just a few of my many skills. For example, being able to balance and manage my time which also producing excellent results. Being a hard worker and also being able to learn, pick up and apply new information quickly.

Waiter at Steakout, Tooting (2021-10 – 2021-12)

• Taking customer orders
• Serving food to customers
• Clearing the tables when the customers are finished
• Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant to make sure everything and everyone are alright to ensure that customers have the best experience possible.

Store assistant at WHSmiths, Wandsworth (2020-07 – 2020-07)

During my time at Wimbledon college, during year 11 we were required to find a work experience placement for 1 week and mine was at WHSmiths. Whilst working here some of my responsibilities were:

• Assisting customers to find items they may be looking for.
• Giving my recommendation on items if they are not sure on what is best for them.
• Setting up displays to put brand new items in or to show discounted items.
• Always making sure enough stock was available
• Keeping the store floor and stockroom tidy.

Bar/Waiter at LYNDORAS Agency (2022-04 – 2023-08)

Whilst working for Lyndoras agency I was either working at the bar or as a waiter at restaurants, stadiums and events a few of which include: The private boxes Roman Abramovich owns at Chelsea which can be found up in the Millenium Suite. The 'Parade Ring Restaurant' during the horse races at The Royal Ascot, Wembley stadium for Matches /concerts and many more venues and events. Skills that i picked up, improved on an used during this job are:

• Having clear communication to help sort or answer any queries or questions a client might have.
• Being able to build good relationships with clients causing them to have the best time possible and an amazing experience.
• Being caring and understanding in clients situations if a mistake has been made or a delay of some sort and the being to give the client confidence that I can sort the issue at hand.
• Confidence when communicating with clients makes them feel comfortable as it shows I know what I'm doing.

Shows/Warehouse at Stage Miracles (2023-06 – 2024-08)

This is a job I have worked during the last 2 summers as that's when the most jobs are available. The job entails many different things which have varied from setting up show stages for concerts and festivals to working in warehouses. Skills that I have picked up/enhanced whilst working here are:

• Being able to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Working with a diverse range of people
• Learning and applying new skills in order to get the job done properly

Marketing & Sales at Swan Limited (2024-09 – Present)

At Swan limited the main focus was door to door sales which helped me to gain more experience in speaking confidently when pitching to potential customers. The ability to learn and retain new information was a crucial skill I enhanced as I would need to learn & understand the products I'd be trying to sell to give me the best chance of having a successful pitch as I would understand fully.
