At B&M my duties include working on tills as till staff they also include put backs which is when we put back stock that the customers have taken off the shelves then decided that they didn't want that item so we then place it back on the shelves where they are meant to be and making sure that the shop is tidy and clean for all the customers. I also help out with the customers if they ever have any questions or enquiries so this makes me approachable as I am able to help with the customers needs and wants to make their experience in our shop the best it can be.
