Kitchen Porter at Stable Hearth Pizzeria (2025-04 – 2025-10)

As a key member of the kitchen team, I supported daily operations in a fast-paced, high-quality pizzeria environment. My responsibilities included maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, operating dishwashing equipment, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and organised. I worked efficiently under pressure, contribute to smooth service during busy periods, and adhere strictly to food safety regulations.

Processing operative at Evergreen pallet solutions (2024-06 – Present)

During School/ College holidays, I work at Evergreen Pallet Solutions, where I maintain a clean and obstacle-free production area to minimise the risk of accidents or injury. I independently package and label items to meet strict deadlines, while developing a strong understanding of the wider production schedule and how my work contributes to overall company objectives. I coordinate with the logistics team to support efficient scheduling and workflow, ensuring vehicles are prepared in line with operational requirements.

I regularly use hand tools and machinery in accordance with health and safety regulations, and carry out building maintenance tasks, including the safe operation of a cherry picker for elevated work. Additionally, I process and align pallets on a jig for automated robotic stacking, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. I also support HGV maintenance and repair by removing and refitting components such as sumps, bumpers, wings, and side panels, and assist with bumper preparation and painting to help restore vehicles to a safe and roadworthy condition under supervisor guidance.

I am currently employed part-time at McDonald's (currently at Morton Park until the Faverdale store opens), where I contribute to daily operations in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving food to high quality and safety standards, operating tills and handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness across workstations, and delivering efficient, friendly customer service. As part of a newly opened store team, I have adapted quickly to new systems and procedures while supporting colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
