At this job I would go around collecting empty glasses off customers' tables which improved my customer service skills due to me having to greet them and speak to them with a positive attitude and a smile. Whilst at this job I maintained great time management and heavy lifting was involved due to picking up multiple glasses and other items at the same time. I also got experience in cleaning whilst at this job as I had to clean tables and toilets.
