I am a strongly self-motivated person, constantly holding myself to a high standard and always determined to fulfil any set goal. I pride myself on being organised in any and every task, whether it's required or not (a priority in my personal life that I'm happy to bring to the workplace). My personal high expectations have brought me to succeed in many aspects of my life, and I believe they will push me further.
I habitually strive to quickly understand and master any new task to avoid any unneeded stress for myself and my coworkers. Loving to work independently and as part of a team, I am very versatile in getting a multitude of tasks done. I am quick to use my initiative in dealing with difficult situations and come up with new ways of working.
Flexible in abilities, I communicate clearly and simply, but can also give strong, detailed explanations understandably. I am approachable, friendly and conversational, dedicated to helping customers and colleagues in any way I can. Continuously learning from my experiences and always looking to improve, I aim to contribute to my community.
Growing up with a childminder parent and helping however I could raised me with patience and a natural ability to work easily with children of all ages. Whereas working through my bachelor's degree refined my more technical skills, from researching, adaptability and critical thinking to my overall work ethic. Alongside my excellent digital skills, my ever-developing problem-solving skills help me in all aspects of my life, and I love to apply them to helping others and working within a team.
My passion for Literature and learning pulls me into the aspiration of using my knowledge to help others. In our current world, I believe deeply that knowledge and intelligence are something we must hold on to, especially for children. So I am in pursuit of becoming part of a positive community which helps support each other and encourages personal growth.
Hoping to work in a library or in archives, I may possibly study the subject as a Master's to develop my knowledge in the area, but would love to get right into work to experience hands-on jobs in the industry.
