• Projects range from simple new builds to complex, large new build sites. Barn conversions, restoration projects.
• I handle more complex projects for the team, such as large new build sites or small but very complex enquires.
• Take-offs from drawings
• Using Titan software to produce quotes anywhere from 5-20 per day depending on the complexity.
• Using Draughtsight to produce 2D drawings for customers (visual, aesthetic drawings) and end-users. Also used for producing technical drawings for the factory with higher levels of technical information.
• Manually imputing details to produce estimates for bespoke projects
• Providing solutions for customers where issues may arise, working with production on technical solutions.
• Liaising with Reps as needed (account management)
• Using Salesforce CRM daily. Maintaining accurate records from start to finish.
