Over the years, I’ve built teams, grown new revenue streams, and launched products used by millions, results that reflect a record of driving clarity, speed, and impact.
With over three decades in design and product, I’ve led teams and shaped experiences across startups, global tech firms, and enterprise platforms. My work spans UX, product strategy, and design systems, always grounded in clarity, usability, and measurable impact.
At Oxa, I built the company’s first design system, defined design standards, and led delivery of autonomous vehicle software that improved engagement and collaboration across teams.
At Amazon, I spent more than a decade driving product design across Advertising and Games. I helped grow Amazon Ads from launch to a billion-dollar channel, co-invented patented ad technologies still in use today, and achieved record team satisfaction as a design leader. My work unified global design practices, improved adoption, and scaled systems used by millions.
Earlier in my career, I worked across BMW, BSkyB, and several agencies and startups, gaining a strong foundation in brand, motion, and digital design that continues to inform my approach to product and UX.
