Through my training and diverse experience in work I have gained a multitude of skills especially through running my own business which has taught me independence as i communicated with customers to ensure they are satisfied, completing and preparing orders and maintaining deadlines. My experience in care has enabled me to communicate with arrange of different people to meet their requirements effectively by remaining respectful and empathetic, it has taught me the importance of listening, as well as problem solving to meet the needs of different patients. During my time in Express gifts, it taught me the significance of teamwork allowing me to remain constantly engaged, teaching me to work well with others this experience also helped me as I was able to work confidently in similar roles which required me to work under pressure in fast paced situations.

Across my many years of work I have gained the skills and qualities to become a suitable employee, I am confident working independently and as part of a team, I have strong communication and listening skills, I am confident and well spoken, most importantly I am open to feedback and constructive criticism as I am aware that I can always improve in certain aspects, I am looking to further develop my skills and gain experience enabling me to contribute positively to a new workplace.
