I have previous experiences in cost of living for civil service and now work for the pension credit side. My role is an admin officer who look's after pension for Great Britain. I look after application's that includes seeing if they are eligible for pension credit I take phone calls if there is any enquiries about their application.

I work among all different software apps on computers. I make pension credit payments if they are eligible I work across from my teammates. And always open for a chat or to help my teammates in need.
