An exceptionally organised and adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively managing multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Experienced in coordinating logistics, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day workflows. I enjoy taking on repetitive or process-driven tasks, finding satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
With strong interpersonal skills, I build meaningful relationships across diverse backgrounds, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment. Passionate about the intersection of business and creativity,
I am seeking opportunities in the film or music industries where I can apply my organisational expertise to support and enhance creative projects.
I have a strong background in administration, customer service, and logistics, having worked in roles across both creative and retail environments. At DNEG, I was promoted from Temp Receptionist to full-time Administrative Assistant, where I managed travel arrangements, coordinated meeting room bookings, and handled sensitive information for high-profile film productions like Mission Impossible and Fast & Furious. I also supported international teams and worked closely with industry professionals like Christopher Nolan and Bong Joon-Ho.
In addition to my work at DNEG, I’ve gained valuable experience in short-term receptionist and admin roles, providing logistical support, managing calendars, and liaising with clients and suppliers. My retail experience at Anthropologie and Habitat further developed my leadership skills, where I managed teams, improved operational processes, and exceeded sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
These experiences have sharpened my organisational and communication skills, and I’m eager to apply them to a role in the music industry.
With a background in media and a passion for consuming, analysing, and reviewing all forms of content, I decided to study Magazine Journalism and Publishing at the University of the Arts, London, after initially pursuing film studies. While my chosen course may not align with my current career path, the skills and knowledge I gained remain invaluable. I believe they are highly transferable and can be applied to a wide range of roles moving forward.
