- Relay step by step rules to all party attendees to ensure attendees safety
- General customer service duties, taking food orders, serving and general customer care
- Clean up every lane before and after customers have played a game
- Offer food and drinks at the lanes or at the diner take food and drink orders on I-reader and handle cash belt
- Watch over all lanes at all times to answer any questions that customers may have
- Retrieve any stuck balls and pins and if this is not possible alert the technician team
