I successfully completed a 1 year in a graduate scheme for Englands Largest housebuilder - Vistry PLC where my main roles were:

• Assisting the Commercial department on throughout the tender Process
• Completing tender analysis for various construction packages
• Place Material and Subcontractor orders using ERP system COINS
• Complete quantity measurements for various building components using Bluebeam software
• Liaise with local councils, partners and multiple departments in order to complete tasks and solve problems

I have over a years experience as a Barista in a busy Greater London Costa where I:

• Maintained efficient service, resolving complaints and customer issues
• Coordinated with my team of baristas working to run
• Produced high-volume coffee orders quickly and accurately
• Upsold specific products to meet company targets
• Undertook Food Hygiene and Allergy training

I have over 1 years experience working as a Stock assistant in Next PLC where my main roles were:

• Organising and Processing large deliveries to schedule
• Ensuring customer returns are processed to set standards
• Maintaining safe and clean working environments to company standards

I have a Joint honours degree from the University of Aberdeen in Finance and Real estate. During my Master’s, I developed a strong foundation in both financial principles and real estate markets from economic, investment and business perspectives. The programme combined analytical financial training with applied property market study, preparing me to understand real estate within a broader international business context.

Throughout the course, I studied financial management, corporate and personal finance, financial institutions, derivatives and the stock market. I learned how to analyse and evaluate complex financial problems and interpret information from financial reports, market data and financial publications. This strengthened my ability to think critically, assess risk and make informed financial decisions.

Studying within a highly international Business School environment also enhanced my communication skills and ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. Through small-group learning and real-life case studies, I gained practical insight into how financial and property markets operate in real-world scenarios.

I also developed hands-on experience using professional financial tools, including CoStar, which allowed me to engage with live market data and analyse property markets across the UK.

In the Real Estate component of my degree, I focused on commercial property investment, valuation, development and market analysis. This provided me with a clear understanding of property as an asset class and the factors that influence investment decisions, management strategies and long-term value creation.

Overall, the programme strengthened my analytical ability, commercial awareness and professional readiness for roles within property, finance and investment-related sectors.
