I have lots of experience in customer service which has taught me the skills to succeed in these roles. I am confident and professional when handling customer enquiries and I have learned how to remain calm in stressful situations. I am moving to Amman on the 2nd of January and I am looking for an English speaking role urgently.

I have worked in shops and call centre positions as well as other industries that have all given me experience and confidence in myself.

I have attended colleges in England and completed Animal Care and Sports courses.
