I believe that I feel very confident about finding a Retail Assistant job and putting my volunteering skills into a job which can be a lovely opportunity for me to be successful in the future. Reflecting on work experiences I've done before has helped me to work professionally with other people and interact with others. I'm able to problem solve which is one of my strengths.

I'm able to take positive criticism from staff If I make a mistake which helps me become better the next time to achieve the outcomes. However, if something is challenging or difficult I attempt it myself independently when carrying out a task. Have client-centred experience in various setting and continue to volunteer at The British Heart Foundation to help me boost my confidence and learn new skills for future jobs.
