I am a creative and diligent professional with a strong background in customer service and hospitality. My experience has equipped me with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. I approach challenges with optimism and confidence, continuously leveraging the skills I've developed through my university education and various workplace experiences.

I have extensive experience in customer-facing roles, having worked as a stocker and cashier for Sandpipers Channel Island, as well as front-of-house staff for a bar and bistro, and café. These positions have honed my communication and teamwork skills, reinforced my commitment to exceptional customer service, and provided me with proficiency in handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. I bring a friendly demeanor and a strong, can-do attitude to every job.

I recently completed a degree in Drama and Theatre at Royal Holloway, complemented by certifications in Social Media and Digital Marketing from HubSpot. Additionally, I hold A-levels in English Literature and Language, Drama, and Business, as well as an AS in Media Studies. I achieved an A grade in Mathematics and passed all other GCSEs with grades ranging from a 5 to a 7.
