I've been a chef over 15yrs, in that time I've been working in from 5 star hotels in New York City, Universities, Racecourse, Nursing Homes, Bars, Bistros & the YMCA Cafes. I do have a great deal of experience in a professional kitchen. I consider myself a team player yet, i'm comfortable to work on my own initiative & feel confident to produce the high standard your business expect.

I have a keen eye for quality & details. I'm still passionate in what i love to do still hungry for more & willing to learn & grow into a better chef. I like to clean as I work to keep my section & the kitchen clean

In my highest level of education, i have a diploma in Business & Finance from Wolverhampton University.
