My background involves the hospitality industry in catering and care homes combined with a town centre butchers serving counter. I have as well worked in the licence trade. I prepared meals. Maintained the equipment.

I undertook cleaning on a rota basis. I took charge of accepting delivery of stock. I also cooked and served food in a batch bar. I also did bar support including bottle bar and serving meals. I possess computer skills including excel, word and powerpoint with knowledge of the internet.

I would look to use and gain experience to make a effective contribution for the workplace as with striving to learn new skills. I'am methodical with the ability to use my own initiative. I enjoy being part of a team.
