This includes site visits, sub-contractor quotations, payment schedules, draft programmes,
completing the pricing schedule and issuing the tender document to the Aspire Portal
Organising all pre-works including overseeing design, Health and Safety, site set up and construction files
Project managing the project including issuing bi-weekly contract reports, updating the programme showing the progress, valuations and variations during the works
Completion: arranging for the certification and the propagation of the O&M Manual
I have increased the Tenders won over the last three years to Four Million pounds worth of projects each year

Projects undertaken: The rebuild of a £1 Million Manor house project in Andover; the rebuild of a 16th century Oak framed cottage for Kingston Lacy Estate; repairs to Cobb Cottages for the National Trust; the building of two Fisherman’s huts in Lulworth Cove. Duties included the tendering of projects, CDM and RaM’s, sourcing of materials, working to architects’ and structural engineer’s specifications. Valuations and budgeting of costs, meeting the clients and keeping them up-to-date with projects.
