• Led end-to-end delivery of a six-episode international production based within an operating five-star hotel in France, balancing the requirements of the production, budget (£420,000), participants, hotel management and commercial partners.
• Took personal ownership of a key accommodation negotiation, maintained a clear position and secured a strong deal within budget; used the resulting saving to strengthen higher-value areas of the production.
