Richard Stevens

I have concluded my undergraduate studies in BA (Hons) Product and Industrial Design, where I received an upper second class (2:1). My course is the process of designing products that meet the needs of users, and that can be produced on a mass scale.

As an industrial design student alongside my design work experience with Leo Events Staffing and Pat & Esther coffee shop. I have gained a deep understanding of psychology, product form, usability, prototype production, UI, CAD and styling to create products and communicate ideas.

I have been in retail since I was sixteen. My retail skills are invaluable in facilitating the sale of products or services online or physical retail in store. The job entails stocking, organising, presenting, marketing (promotions), and selling goods to customers in the store and Phone orders.

This experience has enhanced my customer service experience and my attituded dealing with the public. Being patience is also a trait that I have developed over the years. I am a Team Player, Independent Worker. I pay attention to detail, and I am very organised.

I am now looking for a new job to start my career and secure a challenging and rewarding role and I believe that the skills I have gained over the years are transferable. Coupled with my knowledge.

I may not be your ideal candidate for this role. If I applied for it I generally believe I have what it takes to perform competently; however, if there is any other role I can undertake I would be more than happy to. I am very flexible with what I can bring to a team.
