My past employment demonstrates my skills to work both as part of a team and on my own when required. From this point although i was working in Security for 20 years, I have developed my skills in communication and organizational skills, I have improved my leadership skills and experience working within the healthcare industry, I have also had responsibilities to help train new employees in security and in healthcare on the job training that was set out in the training guidelines and requirements of the service. I believe this role would be suitable for me as I have Previous experience I have Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving targets as I mentioned before I have excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for meeting and exceeding c expectations.
