I am an HCPC-registered Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over four years of experience, specialising in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of MSK and orthopaedic conditions. I deliver hands-on treatment and evidence-based rehabilitation programmes, manage independent caseloads, and support patients in returning to work, sport, and daily activities through a patient-centred, outcomes-focused approach. I am currently based in Middlesbrough and working within private MSK practice settings.

• Primarily responsible for assessing and planning the treatment for the outpatient’s and escalating the patients in case of signs of clinical or functional deterioration. Planning preventive and rehabilitation exercise based on assessment to reach the optimal fitness level of the individual.
• Review of patient progression on weekly basis and upgrade the exercise protocol on the basis on review. Reporting to the departmental head on daily basis.
• Conducted structured group exercise sessions for follow-up orthopaedic patients post-recovery, as well as for the general population as a part of fitness program and primary lifestyle prevention program.
• Deliver post-operative rehabilitation for orthopaedic patients, including TKR, THR, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and spinal surgeries, supporting safe discharge planning.
• Working with MDT comprises of Sports medicine doctors, physiotherapists, Nutritionists, and Psychologists.
• Supervise, train, and mentor interns and junior physiotherapists through structured, evidence-based teaching sessions and clinical guidance.
• Conducting Tele rehabilitation and tele fitness program for the clients.
• Documenting the caseloads on daily basis on case sheet software to maintain the professional documentation for future reference and to utilize for research purpose.

• Supervised training while easing into partially-supervised and independent practice.
• Provided assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for athletes participating in major athletic events and local football and badminton leagues, delivering acute injury management, structured rehabilitation programmes, and safe return-to-sport planning.
• Manage in-patient orthopedic, cardio-thoracic, general surgical, internal medicine caseloads including ICU’s.
• Delivered neurological rehabilitation for patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions, focusing on mobility retraining, balance, coordination, and functional independence.`
