Further responsibilities of Certifying serviceable units in accordance with EASA, FAA and CAA regulations, assisting staff with complex tasks, staff time management, full on-the-job staff training, control of workload, management of up to 12 staff members, managing communications between administration, commercial, purchasing and quality departments, control of consumable items and supervision of workshop when required. This covers Galley Accessory Division primarily, often required to help with certification in multiple departments. This period solidified existing skills of electronic, electrical, mechanical and water system repairs. Repairs regularly involved re-wiring electrical systems, repairing leaks in high pressure water heating systems and full disassembly and re-assembly of a range of components.
