Wrong Fuel Rescue Engineer at Fuel Fixer LTD (12/2025 - present)

As a Fuel Fixer Engineer it’s my job to attend customers vehicles that have either misfueled or have some sort of fuel contamination, weather this be at their home address or road side. I would drain and clean the fuel tank if needed, clean the fuel system and get the vehicles up and running again. I would also offer advice as to the best way to care for their vehicle going forward.

Trainee/Duty Manager at Royal Mail

As a duty manager for Royal Mail I was responsible for organising the afternoon staffs allotted work load and ensuring that every member of staff was working to their fullest while on shift. I also made sure that all company policies were completed before the staff left the delivery office and while out on the road. I would also deal with customer complaints and issues that would arise during this time.

Also pass on any/all relevant info/updates in an end of day report. I have completed various company elarnings, from staff data use, conduct issues, unbiased thinking. I have carried a number of interviews for new staff, welcome back meetings and issued warnings to staff that haven’t kept up company standards.

Postperson with Driving at Royal Mail (2024-05 – 2025-03)

Working as a postperson delivering both letters and parcels around the Harlow area. I’m responsible for getting the items ready to be delivered as well as keeping the sorting office clean and tidy.

IT Engineer at Allied IT (2019-06 – 2021-05)

I managed a wide range of support tasks, before proactive and reactive. Engaging with customers and third parties, via phone and/or email, to resolve all IT related issues, for issues with Office 365 and project work.

IT Support Engineer at Onlico LTD (2009-03 – 2019-06)

I started here as a trainee support engineer, but worked my way up through the ranks, to the level of Service Manager. As well as dealing with any and all clients’ IT issues. I also had to arrange any site visits that were needed; this included ordering any equipment needed for the visit. I also spoke to both the staff and clients to ensure that it all went smoothly.

Office Manager at Brierley Autos (2005-10 – 2009-04)

I ran the office and handled all insurance work that came in. It was my responsibility to deal with both customers sent to us by insurance companies as well as those off the street. Booking in repairs, courtesy vehicles and parts when needed and also arranging the repairs and making sure they were completed to a very high standard.

Assistant Manager at Blockbuster (2003-04 – 2005-10)

General tasks included running shift, cashing up, and processing deliveries, as well as assisting the store manager with the overall running of the store.

Projection Manager at Cineworld (2002-04 – 2003-04)

General tasks included working as part of a small team and producing rotas, as well as the general upkeep and maintenance of the projection areas. I also dealt with on-the-spot issues with showings and making sure all films started on time.

Supervisor at Cineworld (2000-06 – 2002-04)

I was in charge of making sure all staff members were in the right areas to serve customers as they were supposed to do and making sure screens were prepared and ready for each performance and that showtimes ran smoothly, as well as overseeing the staff. I would assist managers with the overall running of the cinema, and would deal with any customers who had any issues.
