My dedication to making a positive impact, combined with my time flexibility, makes me a highly adaptable and committed team member. • I managed customer orders efficiently to ensure a prompt service delivery whilst maintaining a clean working area to meet all health and safety protocols.
• I was able to resolve customer queries professionally to improve the shop reputation, whilst preparing fresh food items daily whilst ensuring strict hygiene standards.
• I organised fresh food items and ensured sauce pots were full and ready to get packed with delivery.

Pot washer - The Swan Inn - Malvern

• cleaning the floors, ensuring the floors are mopped and food debris has been cleaned on walls, surfaces and drains maintaining legal hygiene standards.
• I organised the pot wash area, stacking and sorting clean cupulatory, and equipment into their designated places.
• I managed to develop the capability to work in a fast paced environment and manage high pressure situations.
