I am a hardworking dedicated individual who is motivated and has a history of working as much as possible. Since my first full time employment in 2020 i worked on average 35-40 hours each week under a 0 hour contract which i would often ask for every available shift. During the same time i was at southampton city college studying for a level 2 in marine engineering which i achieved at a merit.
I then worked for a subcontract firm under a 5 day 45 hour contract. As before i would work as much as possible and often work 60 hour weeks and plus. I have worked under callout rotas often covering others and working multiple 24 hour emergency shifts.
I currently have many Groundworks related tickets including Streetworks, Confined space training, deep excavation training and more. Streetworks has taught me leadership skills and the responsibility of serious high risk jobs.
Ganger, Team Leader - Cappagh Browne (via F&P Utilities) - Hampshire
(2025-01 - 2025-12)
During 2025 i started working as a ganger, team leader, and had a worker under me who i was responsible for. I had to ensure that both me and my team were working safely under regulations and was responsible for any action my worker had done. Customers i worked for would often leave great reviews and leave emails to my management thanking me for the hard work. i have completed hundreds of jobs on site and managed well over 20 sites for multiple weeks.
This helped me learn planning skills as i had to account for deliveries and the progress of the job during and before the work started. A mandatory callout system was emforced which all employees would be on for emergency work, i would often cover other employees shift and would work 24 hours during the callout if needed. With this i could reasonably do 20 or so extra hours of overtime every week to help increase my hours, which taught me to balance overtime with home life. i left cappagh browne end of 2025 due to personal reasons and intentions on expanding my career.

Sales Associate / Floor Manager (Shoe Section) - Sports Direct - West Quay, Southampton
(2020-11 - 2022-06)
i started working part time at a sports direct store in west quay southampton where i worked from november 2020 till mid 2022. whilst working there i learned how to communicate with customers and remain in a calm and helpful manner. the store location being in west quay helped me get comfortable with a busy workplace and how to manage multiple customers at once. i unoffically upped my hours during this time and started working 40 hour weeks whilst at college. i started to excell in the shoe section where i managed to work my way up and would assist and cover the upstairs floor managers. This pushed me to gain teamwork and teamleadership skills as i had multiple staff members under me that i had to maintain and help with technical or customer service issues. i left sports direct due to lack of consistent hours as was under a 0 hour contract.
