I was born in Portugal and emigrated to England at the age of 4, as a result I have first hand experience of what it is like to learn English as a foreign language. But I also had the benefit of growing up and being educated as native English speaker. I went to university here, I got my degree in English. I think this would make me perfectly suited to help students applying for UK Universities as I have insight into the logistics and culture.
After almost 30 years of living in England I am looking to move back to Portugal and get to know the country I was born in and learn the language. I am very fixable about start dates and really motivated to make this work as its an opportunity for me to be closer to family again.
I am a newly qualified teacher, my working life has been mostly dedicated to customer services and account management.
