• Interprets electrical drawings and schematics for any area improvements
• Performs electrical control troubleshooting involving relay logic and motor frequency drives and any electrical or electronic related devices
• Installs 3-phase 440VAC or 22OVAC motors and conducts lest for fault diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Ensures that all power and control panels are safe and that all necessary drawings are in-place
• Performs cabling and conduit installation on any instrument electrical installation, Communication system or computer networks
• Performs troubleshooting on PLC codes and HMI's
• Makes modifications on existing installation PLC codes and HMI's as needed in operation, Monitoring, troubleshooting or fine tuning of any process control system
• Perform calibration of any instrument used in the factory which are scheduled for or requires calibration
• Performs Routine Checks and Preventive Maintenance of all electric, electronic, pneumatic, and instrument installed in the Milks Process Department
