Control over budget and expenditures, including any additions or variations, working with NHF SOR codes.

Planned Works Manager - Maintenance - Current Employer

• Triage surveys, inspections, H&S audit inspections, project management & performance reviews.
• Pre / Post inspection of works, advising on survey specification and authorising variations.
• Operate specialist install teams, ensure appropriate performance targets are met and budgets managed.
• To manage and lead on all service related complaints, disrepair and insurance matters/claims.
