Motivated and reliable CPCS Blue Card Slinger/Signaller with experience supporting safe lifting operations on busy construction sites. Having started my career as an SFS labourer, I developed a strong interest in crane operations, which led me to qualify as a CPCS Blue Card Slinger/Signaller and complete my NVQ through practical on-site experience. SFS & Drylining Labourer at Redcastle Construction Ltd (2020-04 – Present)
- Supported SFS and drylining works on commercial and residential projects.
- Safely moved and handled plasterboard, cement board and light gauge steel sections.
- Coordinated deliveries and ensured materials were unloaded safely and efficiently.
- Worked closely with crane operators, slingers and supervisors to organise material lifts.
- Acted as the main point of contact between site supervisors and lifting teams.
- Liaised with fixers to ensure materials were available when required.
- Monitored stock levels and informed supervisors when materials were needed.
- Signed and recorded delivery documentation accurately.
