I have just been completed my apprenticeship in SVQ 3 Engineering Maintenance at SCQF (Electrical Pathway 2 SENMB). I have just over 2.5 years of electrical experience ranging from high voltage three-phase supplies and domestic supplies as well following safe isolations procedures, following fault finding procedures. Other experiences ranges from installations and replacements of various electrical equipment such as MCCB, E-stop relay, PLC's and motor contactors, testing inspection of electrical panels, three-phase motors, contactors from working with Reel drive systems, two and four track tensioners and HPU's along with performing portable appliance testing on company equipment.
Further experiences I have are first aid, conducting fire alarm tests, creating excel sheets for electrical stock and equipment, working at height, using gantries crane for lifting heavy equipment, charging accumulators with nitrogen and operating MEWPS along mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment being Reel drive systems, two and four track tensioner units, under rollers, level winders and winches.
