Over the past 20 years I have been involved in clinical organisations and management. This has led me to gain extensive experience in both public and private healthcare in the field of radiology, cardiology, oncology, microbiology, medical and clinical research, project management, finance, and recruitment.
The ability to rely on my professional and academic background in behavioural and cognitive psychology has facilitated me to improve my own performance as well as mentoring others in improving their knowledge, skills, and potential at work.
I have further gained experience in innovation, design and modernisation of radiology and oncology centres, NHS improvements and as a clinical research fellow in oncology with specialty in secondary liver disease, my focus has been on new imaging diagnosis and therapies. With advancing innovation and technology for a better understanding in liver disease, my research has improved both patients’ life expectancy and the quality in patient care.
