I've been a warehouse Operative for a good few years now but I've hit a dead end in my current job so I'm now looking to change my career to be going down a manufacturing or assembly route.
I'm an enthusiastic individual with an extensive background in warehouse and hospitality. I'm eager to learn and able to approach any taskwith a positive mindset. I'm capable of working in fast working environments, lifting heavy items and clearly adhering to health and safety protocol.
I'm able to use a wide range of hand tools and saw machines. I also have to ability to read and understand technical drawings. My interests include dismantling and reassembling electronics to learn how they work.
I'm an artist that produces abstract doodle drawings some of which I’ve tattooed on people and I also have interests in 3D design. Over the past 10-15 years I've helped my dad out on various carpentry jobs including creating frames, cladding, renovation and maintenance at a local scouting campsite.
Currently been working at DPD warehouse for 3 years working the night shift. I have to sort parcels into their route using a hand scanner, heavy lifting at a fast pace, some parcels can weigh 30+kg.
