I'm a hard working individual, self motivated in my tasks, quick learner, enjoy learning new things, great communicator, have IT skills, happy with working under my own initiative as well as with others, enjoy team work also.
Many of my jobs have been in a customer service position, from working as a customer experience agent on the Nottingham Tram service, to a technical advisor for a custom cable manufacturer, a service manager at Virgin Active and a door supervisor for Mosh Nightclub in Derby, as well as a few pubs in the area also. I enjoy chatting and communicating with customers and colleagues, happy to have a laugh but serious when required.
I have a BTEC national diploma in pop music and music from college.
I have since studied fitness and have Level 2 in fitness instructor and level 3 in personal trainer as well as class instructor qualifications too.
