I am passionate, disciplined, resourceful and value driven team player with vast experience, knowledge and skills to delivery a client-- centred care and support. I am also willing to learn and improve in all areas to boost my capabilities .

I am passionate and resourceful person who have served and delivered care and support to service users,the client and different companies in residential homes, school, supported living, hospitals and individual homes. I have capacity and experience in dealing with children and adults with complex and challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mobility and other challenges. I am well trained and in the provision of personal care and hygiene, administration of medication,life support, movement and manual handling.

I have a tested professional experience related to this position and field.

I have completed my high school education,and done my university qualifications in Leadership and Good Governance . I have also attended vast number of work related courses and trainings as both a Municipal Councillor and Support Worker (HCA)im the past year and recently.I posses NVQ 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
