I am a friendly approachable person who can work both independently and as part of a wider team. Through my recent work experience at Marks and Spencers I gained invaluable experience in a busy retail environment, where I was able to expand my customer service and retail skills. I am able to adapt to new work environments quickly and pride myself on always completing tasks to a high standard.
During my time at Marks and Spencers I was able to use my initiative in the mens and kids clothing department to reorganise certain sections such as schoolwear to make the section easier to navigate for the customers. I am also a creative individual so I think with a creative mind and this allows me to come up with creative solutions to problems or bring a unique perspective. I also have further work experience with B&M where I learnt more about stock rotation, health and safety and attending to customer needs.
Finally, I'm an incredibly organised individual who is also punctual and always on time.
