I have successfully completed an SIA Door Supervisor exam and I am seeking positions as security officer. I have applied for an SIA licence and I believe that when it is issued, this will add to the contribution I can make to future employers.
Added to my hospitality experience, I believe a long experience providing first and second-line IT support depended on my providing a good customer service face to face with customers and made good contribution to hospitality roles. This experience should enable me to provide good service and support to your customers
Prior to my hospitality experience, I served a contract as a Technical Support Officer in Shared ICT Service support with a local authority service provider based in north London which completed December 2018. Other IT roles included Service desk/IT support analyst with an IT support company for over 6 months, and 16 years IT support at an international solicitor.
I believe a long experience with first- and second-line IT support depended on my providing a good customer service face to face with customers and make me a good fit for hospitality roles. This experience should enable me to provide good service/support to your customers.
