Robina Shaheen

Biomedical scientist currently working in Bedfordshire NHS Trust. I am a hardworking, resourceful individual with an enquiring mind who gives give attention to detail. I have gained the skills required to be able to assist and work in laboratory through my studies and various work experiences particularly through my current job as a biomedical scientist in Haematology and Blood Transfusion.

As a result of the skills I have developed I was able to achieve many things at my current job. I was able to drastically change the tuen around times for one of the departments from 15% to 97%. In additional, I have been given the opportunity to pretake in creating the weekly and monthly shift rota as a result of my attentive and organisational skill as well as working as a lone worker during night and weekend shifts.

Furthermore, I have assisted my senior in validating a new analyser (Beckman, ACL Tops ane Grifols) and have been chosen to attend the advanced training.
