I have been working in customer service, logistics, administration and billing for an online US restaurant furniture retailer since June 2017. I am looking for a new role due to relocation.
I am an experienced logistics and customer service professional with a strong background in managing shipping operations, order processing, and resolving delivery and billing issues. I currently lead shipping operations for major clients and support team training to ensure smooth and efficient performance. I also have experience in retail sales, stock management, and delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
BA (Hons) Business Studies (2:1) from Manchester Metropolitan University, with A-levels in Business Studies, Media Studies, and Religious Studies.
